RSPB Lochwinnoch Nature Reserve

RSPB Lochwinnoch Nature Reserve is part of the RSPB, the country’s largest nature conservation charity, inspiring everyone to give nature a home in Glasgow and West Scotland.

Only 30 minutes from Glasgow city centre by car or train, this wetland reserve is an ideal spot to get away from it all and enjoy some amazing wildlife with the family.

As one of the few wetlands left in the west of Scotland, RSPB Lochwinnoch Nature Reserve is the perfect place to watch whooper swans, wigeon and a wide variety of ducks during winter months. In spring you wont want to miss the elaborate displays of the great crested grebes.
