Fresh, local, and direct from the source – now available in Renfrewshire, owner Sam Faheem talks us through Rise & Grind Roastery

At Rise & Grind Roastery, every cup tells a story. Since launching in 2022, we’ve been committed to sourcing coffee the right way — by building direct, lasting relationships with the farmers who grow it. Founder Sam has travelled to origin in Colombia and Brazil, working shoulder to shoulder with producers to create a more sustainable, ethical, and traceable coffee supply chain.

Now, we’re proud to open the doors to our brand-new coffee bar inside the roastery — a space designed for connection, curiosity, and community.

Located at Unit 8, Abercorn Street, Paisley, our coffee bar is more than just a place to grab your daily brew. It’s where farm stories meet roasting craft, and where locals can gather around a shared love of specialty coffee. We roast every batch on-site, and our ever-evolving menu showcases beans from seven different origins, highlighting the diverse flavours of the global coffee belt.

Expect a rotating line-up of freshly roasted single origins, artisanal pastries baked daily by Wheatberry Bakery, and a specials board that includes matcha, iced lattes, and seasonal drinks.

We’re also brewing more than just coffee — our space hosts small-group workshops, from latte art and barista skills to guided tastings and storytelling sessions that spotlight the social projects we support at farm level.

Whether you’re a coffee lover, a curious newcomer, or just looking for a warm, welcoming space to unwind — we’d love to welcome you.

Find us at Unit 8, Abercorn Street, Paisley, PA3 4AY. Just 5 minutes from Paisley Gilmour Street Station. There’s plenty of free on-street parking and we are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. For more information on what we do and to buy our coffee, please visit our website.
